Hiring a Junior Esthetician

Part Time / Flexible - $17-20/hr DOE Commission + Tips and room to grow

*Training period is 2 full months of taking clients before commission kicks in. First 2 weeks of training will be between Monday-Friday with a mixture of WFH studying, side-by-side and hands on training.

Qualifications:

  • Esthetician license must be valid with up-to-date Blood Borne Pathogens certification

  • Ability to communicate effectively and actively listen to clients’ wants and concerns

  • High level of integrity

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

  • Comfortable and familiar with working on Fitz 4+

  • Commitment to education and staying up-to-date on latest skincare trends and technology

  • Bring good vibes

  • Attention to detail

  • Confident in educating clients

  • Certifications and experience in dermaplaning, chemical peels, nano infusion

  • Must agree to appear in social media and marketing content

Esthetician Responsibilities:

  • Provide a memorable spa experience by building connections, addressing concerns effectively, and sharing knowledge for long lasting skin health

  • Conduct thorough and holistic consultations from skincare routines to lifestyle habits and diet

  • Deliver a variety of facial treatments

  • Educate clients on proper products and skin care routines and recommend current retail products for home care use

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment  by following sanitation protocols and state regulations

  • Documenting treatments and progress for each client

  • Follow up with clients post treatment and answer any questions

Responsibilities during down time:

  • Assist with marketing such as social media posts, creating or printing flyers, etc

  • Washing, folding and organizing laundry

  • Washing and disinfecting the room, devices, tools, and implements

  • Keeping work environment clean and presentable

  • Attend meetings and trainings
