PDRN has shown to have regenerative, healing, and anti-aging benefits when injected underneath the skin, most popularly done in South Korea. What a lot of people don't know is that PDRN is too large of a molecule to provide the same benefits when applied topically, such as in a moisturizer. Since injecting it is not FDA approved in the US, microneedling it into the skin is the next best thing.
